I've been selling boats in San Carlos, Sonora Mexico since 2003, when I completed about 5000 nautical miles cruising the coast of Mexico from 2001 to 2003. I fell in love with the place!

I recently came across an article in International Boat Industry Magazine that expresses my opinion fairly closely about living and doing businesses, including buying a boat in Mexico. I wanted to share with you this article and encourage you to contact me directly to learn even more. Mexico is a wonderful place to live, work, and sail!

Please take a look at the article titled "A new shining star?" and then contact me about making your dreams come true.

So you have made the decision to buy a yacht. Now it's time to make an even bigger decision and choose the right brokerage. Whether you are moving up in size, moving down in size or a first time boat buyer it is important to get the right support. Buying a vessel is a big decision, usually a $100,000 + decision. So having trust and confidence in your yacht broker is key.

MULTIPLE LISTING SERVICES:
Our yacht brokers have 24/7 access to the most reliable multiple listing sites out there. This saves time by narrowing down potential vessels to meet your needs.

THE SELECTION PROCESS:
The key to finding a client the right vessel is getting to know them, their family and their needs. This allows for a better understanding of what is needed and wanted.

NEGOTIATIONS:
Negations aren't just related to price. There are many factors that come up along the way that require negotiations; terms and conditions, survey items, financing, exclusions, date of possession etc. This is where is it imperative to be supported by an experienced broker to help you get the best deal possible.

DUE DILIGENCE:
An experienced Yacht Broker will be there to help chose the most qualified surveyor and advise you throughout the due diligence process in order to help make an educated evaluation of your chosen vessel. It is important to have a clearly defined survey to identify key issues with the vessel prior to closing. Our goal here is simply to make sure you are getting what you pay for.

THE CLOSING:
A good broker will be there to guide you through the entire closing process. Every closing is different and having a broker with experience in all types of closing's will make for a smooth one.
