OVER A $15,000 PRICE REDUCTION ...April 12th!
FISH, EXPLORE THE ISLANDS, OR UTILIZE AS YOUR CONDO-ON-THE-WATER...
THIS ISLANDER SITS IN A RARE, 34' (plus 3' overhang) TRANSFERABLE, END-TIE SLIP
IN OCEANSIDE (the quiet side of the harbor)
The owner of this convertible Islander didn't want to say "good bye" to this beautiful boat, but as she is constantly out of the country off-shore fishing and enjoying her friend's boats she would rather someone else fully utilize "Current Affair" as much as she wishes she could.
Step aboard this Catalina and you will find a cockpit that you can choose to lounge in or use as a fishing platform. Wide walk-arounds allow for easy access to the bow area to enjoy the sunshine, or watch dolphins swimming in the boat's wake.
The flybridge offers a 360 degree view from dual Pompanette helm chairs. A well-laid out dash, great electronics, storage all around and seating for 5 guests.
Sliding glass doors open up to your spacious cabin with beautiful woodwork throughout. Directly ahead, to port, is a very comfortable, plush, raised, U-shaped settee with dinette and to starboard is a couch that converts into a berth for two. As the owner wasn't a fan of the original upholstery, she recently had custom curtains and pillows made for the salon and master stateroom. The down galley is well-equipped with a two-burner stove, microwave, refrigerator, sink and ample provision storage. The guest stateroom is to port and will comfortably sleep two. You will find two ports which allow for natural light, and plenty of storage for your belongings. The master stateroom is forward with a large island queen berth with brand new and never used custom bedding. The woodwork in the master stateroom creates a warm welcome. Ample storage reiterates that this vessel is perfect for a condo-on-the-water. Natural light bursts through 8 ports and the overhead emergency hatch. The fully enclosed head has two entrances, a separate stand-up shower, vanity and storage for your toiletries.
Powered by twin Cummins diesel engines with LOW hours (416), a Westerbeke generator also with low hours (220) and an inverter all located in a bilge you could eat dinner in. This Catalina Islander will get you where you want to go and in COMFORT.
This convertible, tournament-style flybridge, with an exceptionally "cush" interior was designed by Ray Hunt, well-known as the designer of Bertram Yachts and built by Frank Butler who stands out as a builder of Catalina Yachts. Sportfishing designer meets sailboat builder
